Cancellation Policy

All 15-minute consultation calls must be scheduled in advance through the booking link provided. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and are confirmed once booking is completed. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new booking. Cancellation Policy Consultation calls canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be forfeited and subject to rebooking availability. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their scheduled consultation without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may require a new appointment to be booked. Late Arrival Policy Please be on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time in consideration of other appointments. Coaching Disclaimer Consultation calls are intended to provide clarity, direction, and determine coaching fit. Coaching services provided by Gloria Bailey-Ray, The Authentic Coach, are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment services.
